Due to the colder weather the liquid in the reagents can sometimes crystallise and will seem like they are empty as nothing will squeeze out of the bottle.
We recommend placing the reagents in a cup of hot water for 5-10 mins and then trying again, however if the issue persists, please submit a ticket HERE and we will get back to you with a resolution.
